All of our roofing systems include a Sears 5 year Installed Shingle Roofing warranty against leaks.

Sears offers convenient competitive finance options when you use your Sears® MasterCard® or Sears Card and manufacturer's warranties of 25 years or greater plus a 5-year Sears Installation warranty.
