It stopped working the second time I used it.It gets hot very fast and burns from overheating .All my appliance is from Cuisinart and I trusted this brand so much that I didn't even keep its receipt ,I thought it is impossible for one Cuisinart appliance to burn this easy easy easy.When I reffered to manual I saw it says it has 18 months limited warranty ,now I understand why they say limited because for sure they know how easily their appliance stops working .All my last experiences with other appliances were that when they get hot they shut down automatically but it doesn't have this system,although I didn't work with it base on this idea and hoping to turn off automatically when is hot ,and I used it with some rest between strokes but it burned any ways.this grinder is a shame for Cuisinart ,I don't trust it any more.

Item stopped working, while using for the first time.
Thought it might have a thermal shut off, but it still wouldn't work 12hrs latter.
I have other products of theirs, but this was the first disappointment.
