Whole Home®/MD Pair of 'Claudette' Foam-back PinchExcellent curtains. I bought them for my patio door. They keep out cold when closed - I live in basement suite so they make a real difference in the temperature of my place. I am sure they will do the same in summer with the heat. I am very satisfied and am so glad I decided to finally buy them.

Excellent quality and valueBought 4 sets of these for our daughter's condo. They look really pretty and elegant (we hung them with the Tuscan Drapery Rods along with the ring clips). They also have a nice thick lining which will help reduce the light filtering in and heating loss. We purchased additional pairs for our cottage as (in addition to the plus' mentioned above) the backing will protect them from fading in the windows which receive extreme sun and look neutral from the outside.

pinch pleat drapesI was disappointed in the drapes. First of all they colour was off. I bought a quilt that had the natural colour in it and then the drapes where called natural colour but they did not match. second.. I didn't think they were well made. So I had to send them back. Sorry.

Not the greatest quality for the moneyThe drapes were just ok. Material very thin, lining was even thinner. Not sure how much they would insulate against the cold. Returned them as I'd rather spend a bit more and get better quality. Were a bit of a disappointment.

Reasonably good.I am generally satisfied with the curtains with a few 'but'. I had to exchange the first pair of curtains because of a torn thread. There are defects in the fabric like knots, oil stains and thinner black-out layer at one place which is visible because it lets more light then a surrounding fabric . I had to let go of an idea to make more exchanges since none of the four panels I bought was defect free. I hope they are not much visible. Another thing to keep in mind is that the color is not described accurately. The color is called 'natural' which doesn't say much. The swatch is off-white. In fact there are black and brown flecks all over the fabric. Luckily I liked it. And one more thing-they don't do the 'black-out' job. I will have to buy black-out liners like Whole Home®/MD Pair of 'Blackout 2' Drapery Liners for them.
What does the instruction "Iron the right side only" mean? Which side of the curtain should I iron, the front or the back? Thanks
Asked by: gl55
Thank you for taking time to contact Sears.
You should iron the front side of the curtain in a low to medium high heat.
Thank you for shopping at sears. Have a great day

Trying to figure out best colour for light mocha and light brown scheme. Is the brown a dark or light brown? In the khaki brown a light brown or a greyish green? Gold is this a yellow?
Asked by: duckyjane
The Whole Home®/MD Pair of 'Claudette' Foam-back Pinch-pleated Drapes in the honey brown colour is a medium brown. The mushroom colour would be a light brown. The old gold colour is a gold colour and the other colour is a light stone grey, not a khaki colour.
Thanks for shopping Sears and have a great day !

Is the Natural colour really as light as it is online? I'm looking for white or off-white pinch pleated drapes. Thanks!
Asked by: Joanna2
I have white painted trim around my windows, Decorator White by Benjamin Moore, and the white drapes go really nicely with the trim. It is not a solid or glaring white though as there are slight threads running through the material to give it a textured look. The threads are darker colour, but unless you are up close you don't really see them.

Top of Curtains?
The 3rd picture shows a detail at the top of the curtain that the 1st picture doesn't have. If I prefer the 1st picture, is this how the curtains look?/Why does the 3rd picture look like that at the top?
Photos 2 and 3 show the panels with valances added. There are two styles of valances, a blouson valance in photo 2 and a straight valance in photo 3.
If you order the Whole Home®/MD Pair of 'Claudette' Foam-back Pinch-pleated Drapes
listed, you would receive the pinch pleat panels as shown in photo 1.
Thank you for choosing Sears.
