resistance specifics

330lb max resistance / 125lb weight stack.... where can I find the max resistance ratings per exercise.

How can I tell how resistance compares to the actual weight stack. If I select 20lbs in plates, how much am I actually using if it were free weights?

The details of the resistance per station can be found in the product manual. You can easily get the manual for this item at our on-line customer service area.
Simply go to www.iconservice.com
Then click "manuals" in the left side bar
Fill in the box asking for "model number" with 14922
You can then download the manual in a PDF format - check page 23 - it has the chart with all the resistance info you are looking for. It will also show you the steps for assembly.

NO, more wieghts cannot be added to the stack. It is only able to handle the weight that comes with the product

Exercise Chart

Q:Â

Where can I find a listing/chart of all the possible exercises and which muscles they affect? Other than the obvious stations, I'm looking mostly for LOW PULLEY exercises.

Also, I tried using the LOW PULLEY and the PREACHERS BENCH to do bicep curls... but if I lift to my chest the cable is cutting into the padding!!! Am I doing it wrong?
