    The ''Freedom Flex Shoulder and Upper Body Exerciser'' allows you to use the free pulley system or the resistance cables as a wonderful way to maintain or improve shoulder strength and flexibility. The shoulder pulley system offers a convenient and effective way to maintain flexibility in your shoulders. It also can help people with arthritis, ''frozen shoulder syndrome'', and other shoulder ailments. Includes the Saddle Hook and Dual Pulley attachments so you can use your resistance exercise cables for strength exercises such as abdominal and lat pull downs for core muscles, as well tricep extensions to tone and strengthen the back of the arm. Safer and easier than over-the-door pulleys. (Resistance chair and Smooth Rider Bike sold separately.)
  • Comes with two poles, one connector rod, one upper pole insertion & one lower pole insertion (two nuts and bolts), rope pulley system, saddle hook & dual pulley attachment, two 7.5lb resistance cables
