24" not quite

I ordered 3 of these towel bars for each of my bathrooms along with the toilet paper holders and the double hooks. They are beautiful & very good quality. The problem is I ordered 24" towel bars & received 18". The order confirmation & the outside of the box said 24". I paid for 24", now I have to try & get this strightened out :(
