incorrect description and picture

when the skirt arrived, I was horrified to see crinkle material as panels on the top half of the skirt. Unbelievably ugly with these. However the picture does not show these panels - falsely depicting the actual skirt.

Returned the skirt.

When I ordered the skirt online, I didn't notice the different design and fabric on the top half. It really cheapened the look. If it had the lace throughout I would have kept it.
