Rated 3 out of 5 by from multi functional Can be used for many parts of your body. Gets nice and hot only problem is with in four months of purchasing the neck pad the button switch fails to stay on and blinks like it is in pause mode so it turns off after a minute or two. You can't fix so purchasing a new one is pricey. My mother bought one for herself and she is experiencing the same problem. Not a flouk must happen in most.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm in love I just received this heating pad this year (2014) for Christmas, and have used it every night..it great for my aching neck muscles, shoulders, and upper back. I have muscle pain in my upper left shoulder and this pad covers that as well. The soft material makes it feel like you're wearing a plush robe.. They knocked this one out of the ball park! My ONE AND ONLY complaint, is the cord. I think it would be a better idea to have it connect to the pad in the middle if the back. It's on the right side, and it sleep on the left side of the bed, and I get tangled up in the cord rolling over, etc. It just doesn't feel right where it's at. Even my husband, who was helping me get it on, sitting on the couch said the cord is in a stupid location. BUT, for the wonderful way it works on the neck and shoulders, etc., it's worth every Penny.

Sunbeam™ Renue Neck And Shoulder Heat Therapy Pad

This has been a life saver I live with chronic pain and have come to rely on this heating pad. Has anyone else experienced this heating pad refuse to turn on? It flashes a red light when plugged in and will not allow me to select a temperature. This item is only months old. Any suggestions of maybe a way to reset it?
Asked by: Cathy277
I've had this heating pad for my neck and shoulders for quite a few months and have never experienced any problems selecting the different temperatures. I think you should call Sears and tell them about your problem. They'll be happy to help.

sunbeam renue heating pad

the moist heat option, more info please, as in is there an insert or is it part of the pad itself?
Asked by:
Regarding the moist option. There are no extra parts that come with this heating pad. You simply plug it in, and choose the temperature you feel comfortable with. I don't use the moist option as I feel beginning with the high temperature for a few minutes, then lowering it seems quite sufficient. Reading all the instructions before use always helps. If you are still not sure, I'd call Sears and they'd be happy to assist you. I'm a long time customer and have always had excellent service from Sears.

Sunbeam heat - therapy pad

How dangerous is the magnetic clasp? What are the hazards? I have two hip replacements, and am wondering how this could be affected.
Asked by:
I don't believe the magnets would pose a problem unless you have a pace maker or any other metal near the area you are treating. Please read the full instructions, and check with your doctor if you are still not comfortable with the magnets.

Renue neck and shoulder

I have the above item. Curious though what the moist heat option is. Are there different models.
Asked by: Jesselee
I'm not sure what the moist option is as I don't use it. I believe this is the only model, however it comes in two different colors.

Why does it say not to use in an oxygen enriched environment? I am on oxygen, should I not be using it?
