heats fast and can't feel wires

I love this heated mattress pad. It fits snug, heats up very fast and you can't feel the heat wires in it. The connection for the control cord is at the foot of the bed and can be felt with your feet. It would be better if it was down further but I would still buy another one. I feel it was a great purchase.

Daughter now sleeps comfy warm!

My daughter's bedroom faces north, and is the furthest away from the furnace... plus the duct to her room passes through the part of the floor that is open to outside underneath. Needless to say, keeping her bedroom comfortable during winter is a challenge.

With this mattress pad, she now sleeps much more comfortably. She'll set the pre-heat cycle before her bedtime routine, and her bed is nice and comfy for her when she is ready. The easy and straightforward controls were a breeze to teach her, and the auto-off feature is a worry-saver in case she forgets to turn off the pad before leaving for school.

The fit was perfect for her twin-sized bed. Care instructions are simple - machine washable!

Awesome, awesome value. We could not be happier with our purchase.

Works fast,preheat is a great feature and so is the dual control. The controllers look good on the night stand and the padding is very comfortable.

using a queen on a double

It would definitely be safe to use the queen size on a double but it won't fit snuggly on the bed and may cause a bit of a nusiance while making the bed each time. It could also cause some bunching up on the surface if it isn't tucked in around the edges tightly due to the improper fit.

I can not see any reason why you could not use it on a double other than it won't fit tightly. But if you have yet to order one I recommend you order the correct size.
