Worse Than Junk

I have now had this Sunbeam 3 days past 1 year. It's already toast. The bowl attachments fell off of the mixer bowl and the rotating disc will no longer operate. I have even tried getting new parts from Sunbeam. They don't make parts. It is meant to be a disposable mixer I suppose. Don't buy this mixer.

Cons:Â Not well constructed, replacement parts not available

Heavy duty bowles, easy cleaning and storage.
And it doesn't sound like an airplane.
Looks sleek with all other appliances.
Multi speed wirks great for a variety of different uses.

Piece of Junk!

I bought this item a year ago and it is not working properly any longer! I do not use it that often and it does not work!!!! Can't even mix butter tart batter!!! Seriously a piece of Junk!

Why so many broken parts?

Hello everyone, we are planning on buying this mixer but are concerned with the amount of people who are requiring replacement parts? Is there an issue with this machine and its parts breaking so often? Will Sears replace this product for us within the 3 months return policy if we had a problem with it?

mixing dough

Does this mixer effeciently mix bread or bun dough? is the motor in it actually strong enough to make such things? ive had stand mixers before where ive had to take the dough out and kneed it properly in a larger bowl.

I would doubt it could handle bread dough. I used mine for cookies and cakes and after one year it's toasted.
