No big problems with this crib. I really like the style. The espresso colour option has a bit of a red tone to it that I wasn't expecting, but doesn't look bad. Ours came with no damage but the wood feels soft as though it could chip or dent easily. Overall very happy with it and can't wait to try it out in a couple weeks!!

Very Nice Looking Crib

Beautiful crib. Very simple to put together. Sturdy. We ordered the Expresso colour. My husband and I did it in less than an hour. The only cons are that it took 2 1/2 months to come after being ordered and it smells really bad. It took a few days for the odor to disappear out of our home. Overall, I am very satisfied with it.

When looking for a crib online, this one really stood out to me - it looked nice and sturdy. When it arrived at my house, it was a complete different story. Taking it out of the box, the first thing I noticed was the rough condition it was in. The paint job was not well done and there were cracks and dents in the wood. The worst part of it all, the crib didn't even fit together because screw holes didn't line up with each other. So, I called Sears and we did an exchange. When I received the next one, I ran into the exact same problem and the actual crib was in even worse condition than the previous one. I thought perhaps I was just doing something wrong, so I had others look at it. No such luck. I now have to re-pack the crib and send it back to sears, AGAIN. This time it will just be a full return.

Cons:Â Bad quality

Good quality crib

Crib was easy to put together. Did it by myself in an hour and a bit. Crib is stable and sturdy. Crib feels and looks safe. Most importantly my son likes sleeping in it.

This crib fits a standard sized crib mattress. Most crib mattresses are similar sized. I ordered the Safety 1st bamboo mattress from sears. It fits perfectly, a little snug so it won't move around and leave gaps.

in the photo if the toddler bed it looks fairly high. I thought for toddler beds you wanted the mattress close to the ground. Can you let me know what the height would be of the mattress for the toddler and day bed option?

Please be advised that a special conversion kit is not required to change this crib into a day bed or a double bed. For the double bed format, a double bed frame and double mattress/boxspring are required.
