For the price we paid, we thought we were getting a high quality product, but what we got was far from that. It was not easy to put together, and it has been falling apart ever since. The rails that the drawers fit into weren't properly aligned, so we had to take them off, make new holes, and re-adjust them. The front of the drawers keep falling off because the part keep coming loose. The knobs are always loose. The back part of the dresser wasn't properly designed and didn't fit like it should. I wouldn't pay more than $25 for this product. It looks nice, when the drawers aren't falling off... that's about the only good thing I can say about it.

Cons:Â Not durable, hard to assemble, poorly designed

Looks good; poor quality control

Purchased the chest/tower combo (and hutch) in espresso this past summer. Massive stain variations between pieces, two were extremely different in tone - obviously stained using two different batches of stain. You'd think they'd aim to have each piece in a package the same color and tone instead of patchwork. Multiple pieces had large scratches and/or dents - every piece of the hutch, except one, had a scratch or ding of some sort. Replacement pieces sent by customer service were WAY worse, with scratches galore haphazardly patched over with what looks like marker - ended up using the original ones we complained about in the first place. Not enough time to tear it apart, pack it up and return before baby arrived - stuck with it for now.

It appears reviewers with older units are happier; perhaps quality has slid?

Would not recommend due to quality issues.

Waste of money

This looked great in the store so I was really excited to get it home and set up. It was missing 3 pieces and 3 of the dresser handles were loose and kept coming off... When I tried to move it from one side of the room to the other after a year, I heard a huge snap... The bottom right back corner was missing a huge chunk, the top came completely off and there were little pieces of wood stuck in the carpet everywhere...Not easy to vacuum up... So disapointed in this product! My son isn't even 2... This product did not last long...

Cons:Â Not durable

Beautiful dresser

I bought this dresser in espresso. It was very easy to put together, and I never put furniture together. The instructions are simple and easy to read. Very stylish and I know this dresser will last for many many years to come.

Great Product

We have owned this product (dresser and hutch - espresso colour) for 15 months and we love it. They take awhile to put together, however if you take your time and do it right you won't have any issues. The only minor issue we had to to a loose drawer handle, but we used some wood glue and it's been fine ever since. I think the folks with all of the issues never put it together properly. I would recommend this product if you want a nice dresser, change table and hutch to match your nice crib. We actually just bought a second set in oak for our next babies nursery.
