rowing machineHard to build instructions lacking. I am a 5ft 3ins tall woman and the computer to register results is built for a longer legged person as the sensor is at the rear. Too short for my legs to reach. Otherwise the item does the job. I just count in my head. lol

second thoughtsI purcchased this and had same comments as other reviewer, not all washers were there, I had to buy larger washers, you need to use common sense in putting together.
There was no operating manual with mine there was assembly instructions, how to use the monitor and a section on stretching exercises but nothing for the rower

You get what you pay forBe aware that the assembly instructions do not correspond to the way the machine is built and that some parts are missing (the bigger washers) or are different (L pin) or are just not needed (2 short bolts and something that's not even on the parts list). Thankfully the machine comes partially assembled. After spending some frustrating time on trying to figure out the instructions and to figure out that things didn't correspond, I just had to put it together using common sense. Also, because there was a change in the way the foot pedals are attached to the rower, the monitor no longer fits the way it's supposed to. Consequently, it falls off easily. There should also be some instructions for modifying according to your height. I am quite short and my husband is about a foot taller than me. The machine does not feel right for either of us.
