Listed below are instructions on how to use a Sears Gift or Reward Card when ordering on our website.
Once you have added the items to your basket and proceeded to check out, you will come to the Billing and Shipping page. Complete the required information and click on 'continue' at the bottom.
Next you will be taken to the Review and Payment page. This page is where you should review your order to ensure the item(s) quantity and the recipient's information and pickup location are correct. Any changes can be made by using the 'change order' button. Once you are satisfied with your order, scroll to the bottom enter your credit card information. You will need to choose your card type, enter the full card number and expiry date if applicable.
Below the credit card information you will see "Are you using a Gift Card?" Enter your Gift or Reward Card number in the box provided and click ADD. Repeat this for each Gift or Reward Card you have.
Finally, you may click on 'Place Order'.
Please be advised that the full amount of the purchase will be charged to your account. The Gift Card redemption amount will be processed as a separate credit.
You will see two lines on your credit card statement:
· The total charge of the order
· The amount redeemed from Gift Cards
Credit card debits may take up to 2 weeks to process and may, due to processing timing, actually appear on the next statement after the initial charge.
If you need information regarding your gift card such as the amount available etc., please call the phone number on the back of the gift card.
