Listed below are instructions on how to redeem your Sears Club Points.
Please note that your Sears.ca registration is in no way linked to the point redemption process. You will have to set up a totally separate registration at the link provided below.

On the first page, you must enter the primary cardholder's card number with no spaces or hyphens, postal code and date of birth.
The statement is addressed to the primary cardholder. This information is used to retrieve your account which will allow you to continue activation.
Please enter the number 0 for zero and the letter O for O.
E.g.: postal code K0K 2O9, area code 403 and birth date 02 02 1940.
Once you've entered your information, click 'Next' to continue.
On the next page, enter your e-mail address and a User ID (not your email address) and password.
Also, you will choose a Password Reset Question which will be asked if you forget your password.
Enter your User ID (not your email address) in the New User ID field. Your User ID must be between 6-10 characters in length and cannot be the same as your Password.
Enter your password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
Choose a question from the Question drop down list and type the Answer into the answer field.
Click 'Next' when you're ready to continue. Click 'Back' if you need to make changes to the previous page(s).
On the next page, you can choose to automatically redeem points and receive a rewards card once you have earned 1000 points. If you would like to auto redeem, click the checkbox so it's checked and click 'Next'.
If you leave the checkbox un-checked, you will have to manually redeem points to receive any rewards.
Click 'Back' if you need to make a change to the previous page(s).
On the next page, you will find the rules and regulations that apply to this program.
Using the scroll bar, please read these terms.
If you accept the terms, click the button next to 'Yes, I have read and accept the above agreement' and click 'Next'.
If you click 'No, I do not accept,' you will not be able to participate in this program.
Click 'Back' if you need to make changes to the previous page(s).
On the next page, verify your User ID and Password Reset Question. If you need to make changes, click 'Change' to go through the process again and make any changes you need.
Click 'Next' when you're ready to continue.
On the next page, you will see that you have successfully activated your web account.
Click 'My Account' to go to your account page and log in using your newly selected User ID and password.
If you are a Sears Card holder, Sears Club Points may also be redeemed by calling the Credit department at 1-800-265-3675. The self-serve automated system is available 24 hours a day.
In order to speak with an associate, please call Monday to Friday 8:00am - 9:00pm or Saturday 8:00am - 8:00pm (EST).
If you are a Sears MasterCard holder, Sears Club Points may also be redeemed by calling 1-800-267-1660 (English) or 1-866-503-2200 (French).
The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00am - midnight, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 9:00pm (EST).
