This is probably okay for most people but it was not firm enough for me. It didn't have enough firmness.

The pillow is too thick, your neck and head are raised to high to be comfortable. The pillow says it's for people that sleep on their sides--but the pillow is too firm and you will have a sore neck from sleeping on it all night,
