it's like sleeping on the floor...

It's best described through my husband's words..."It's like sleeping on the floor". This bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. There is no give to this bed at all! If you sat on the edge of the bed it didn't move. When you lay down the matress didn't give or conform to your body. You're supposed to give it 30 days, I made it to night 2 and ended up sleeping in the spare bed. Pro was we got 1/2 price sale price, I would have been even more disapointed had we paid full price. Sears did make it right and allow us to order the "plush" version of the bed (which is still VERY firm for anything I've tried in the plush). Overall, I would NOT recommend purchasing this bed. I don't think I would even recommend the plush. What I would recommend is going to a store that has a selection of beds to try and buying from there. I will never buy a bed sight unseen again.

This mattress does come in a firm model. IT is hard to tell you which one is more firm as we all have different comfort levels
