Hi, is this bike suitable for a small person? 5 feet VS 6 feet 2? How high? How is the distance from the seat to the handlebar?Â How noisy is this air resistance can be? How often the 2 batteries AA Â must be replaced? Electrical bike?Â

This bike is suitable for this requested height. Distance is approx.. 24â with seat at lowest and 16â with seat at highest. The noise level is about the same as a large home fan. Batteries are dependent on use but most last more than a year about the same as a tv remote life. No plug in is attached.
