shake, rattle & roll

I bought a pedestal after the new Samsung washer I purchased experienced some issues and thankfully was replaced - considered it an opportunity to have a pedestal installed when the replacement arrived. The pedestal is sadly a great disappointment - drawer is too small to fit detergents (standing) and, most importantly, the noise & shaking radiating from the machine during the spin cycle is excessive. The machine would self-stabilize when off balance prior to the pedestal being added. I regret this purchase. I prefer to do laundry later in the evening and am now concerned the noise will disturb neighbours (townhouse).

Pros:Â looks good height appreciated

Cons:Â unstable during rinse & spin cycles, causes excessive shaking/noise
