Samsung 59" Plasma is a 3D Experience!

If you're looking for a large screen Plasma or updating your home theatre for 3D this is a solid choice. This 59" display has excellent picture quality and supports 3D playback as well as being a great 2D TV as well.

There are plenty of inputs and the on-screen menu system is relatively easy to navigate and configure options. I have not used the built in speakers much but I briefly used an iPad 2 game directly through the HDMI port and the experience was enjoyable.

People at high altitudes should be aware that this TV does make a buzzing sound (like most Plasmas do) and this may be an annoyance to those with good hearing. 3 out of 5 stars mainly due to this issue.

Pros:Â Fast setup, Simple controls, Easy to use, Attractive design

Cons:Â buzzing sound
