Samsung Customer Service is very badI bought this model and picture quality is very good. But there is a big problem, remote control is bluetooth and there is no physical keys on TV.
My remote is damaged and doesn't connect to TV sometimes, so we cannot change channels, source and ...
I called customer service and we had some difficulties in email attachment and after two weeks and solving first problem, they are still asking for more photos of remote.
They do not understand that we have problem of watching TV because of remote and it seems that they don't care.
I suggest you to buy something that has physical keys and also customer service is good in Canada. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG.

Excellent tv setI have had this tv for a year and a half and cannot find fault with it. The picture is flawless, the color is natural. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this product

Not the tv for meIntermittent audio issues Samsung said they would get a agent to call I waited 3days and no one ever called back so I am returning the tv that does not work properly very disappointed
