Rated 1 out of 5 by from Samsung Customer Service is very bad I bought this model and picture quality is very good. But there is a big problem, remote control is bluetooth and there is no physical keys on TV. My remote is damaged and doesn't connect to TV sometimes, so we cannot change channels, source and ... I called customer service and we had some difficulties in email attachment and after two weeks and solving first problem, they are still asking for more photos of remote. They do not understand that we have problem of watching TV because of remote and it seems that they don't care. I suggest you to buy something that has physical keys and also customer service is good in Canada. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG.

La UN55F7100 est supposée avoir 4 cœurs d'après les descriptions de Samsung....et dans votre description vous parlez de 2 cœurs. Qu'en est-il au juste ? Merci.
