Size does not fit on plane

When the wheels are included in the measurement (as they are if you are flying with the suitcase) the the size exceeds that allowed by airlines and one would have to pay an additional $75.00 per suitcase to fly with it.
the description in the ad states the dimensions without the wheels included in the measurement. Airlines include the inches of the wheels.
