Worked Well, Then Died

This seemed like a decent quality box, and it worked fine from July 2011 until February 2012, then the box would intermittently turn on and off and finally died, naturally the receipt is gone so I can't even get a warranty repair. RCA's customer support is also a joke if you live in Canada.

Cons:Â unreliable, broke after 6 months

RCA TV Digital Converter Box

The product works just as it was advertised to do. Connection and setup was very easy with clear directions supplied in the documentation that came with it. I just plugged everything in, turned it on and everything worked perfectly!

Pros:Â Fast setup, Simple controls, Easy to use

NOT Smart Antenna ready!!!

I just received my converter today and was very disappointed that it is not Smart Antenna Capable as the website suggests. I'm returning it tomorrow!!
