I found this elliptical to be the best one i have owned. It was extremely heavy but that made it not floppy when working out on it. Very much recomended!!!

Can I buy a replacement battery retainer plate for the unit? The plastic retainer plate that holds the batteries in place has broken.

Hello:
The maximum height of the pedal is approx. 20" from the floor (meaning, if one pedal is at 12:00 and the other is at 6:00 - the pedal at 12:00 is about 20" off the floor). This is an estimation but hope it helps.

If you adjust the ramp on the front of the unit, you will automatically adjust the stride pattern
