I ordered one screen online, and it came in perfect condition! It was so elegant, and provided a divider in my newly finished basement. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one so that I could put the two together and have a temporary wall in this new room. Unfortunately, the next one arrived in a previously opened box, and there were scratches on the wood. I sent it back, reordered, only to have the third one arrive with scratches. I brought this one back after reordering a fourth time. Again, the new screen arrived with small scratches and nicks. Since I was tired of returning and reordering, I kept the latest one, despite the slight flaws. However, The two screens together really give the room such a nice look. They serve multipurpose....privacy, elegance and functionality.
