Big Disappointment

Futon looks good, has a comfortable mattress but assembly is complicated especially with very confusing instructions. In addition, the mattress is so heavy that it's impossible to put the futon into the upright position with the mattress on the frame ! We all tried it several times but the only way to put the frame up is to take the heavy mattress off. Very disappointing and I will be trying to return this unfortunate buy.

It always makes me nervous ordering something without ever seeing the item other than a photo online. I was unable to view this item in the stores either. When the item was shipped to our depot and we picked it up I was delighted. It looked exactly like the picture and was packed very well, having wood arms I worried about them being marked up. It was easy to assemble and looks great in our spare room.

Sturdy and Comfortable

Usually when you sleep on a futon you can feel the springs and it's not really all that comfortable, this futon is amazing it folds out, to a nice cushy mattress. Everyone who has slept on it enjoys their nights sleep.

Definately a good deal for the price.
