Quality Chef MachineThis product slicer is professional, high quality, easy and safe to use. It is not cheap, heavier than other slicers I have purchased because it is steel. Sharp blades, solid machine and packaged well. Sits solid on my counter top. I store the machine in its original box in the pantry. Male cooks would love this as a gift to their kitchen. I am impressed to let you know it is worth the money. Oxo makes great products for gifts. No complaints at all. This makes great home made healthy potato chips.
