Only lasted for one year and a little bit

This one only lasted one year and a few months. One day the rice cooker was completely gone: no any sign at all... nothing you can find to fix it. We contacted the company and they told us to contact the local maintenance shop, but the maintenance shop only takes stuff under warranty, and then the company will not give you any response from there.

Don't like how the customer service, it's like 'passing the buck'-type service.

So this rice cooker only lasts one year and only provides a one year warranty. Not really worth my money.

Cons:Â Breaks easily
