Not terrible, but not the best either

Pros:

Great design, chic look, extra large slots for bagels, like the defrost option too. I found that, for the most part, it toasted my bread/bagels evenly.

Cons:

It is a bit bulky. It did fit well on my counter, but for those of you with a little less space, you might want to keep that in mind.

It can jam, despite the claim that it has an anti-jam feature.

The biggest issue I have with this toaster is that it somehow broke after only 3 months of use. I woke up one morning and attempted to have some toast to find that it didn't work at all. It was as though it wasn't plugged in. I tried other outlets to see if it was just the outlet... nope. Just totally broke down. Now I have to pay for shipping to send it away for a new one (grr).

I may just buy a new toaster. Not sure if I got a lemon or not, it seemed to work fine when I first bought it.

Overall, while it is certainly an attractive-looking toaster, and Oster generally comes out with quality products, I think I'll buy a different toaster next time, especially for the price.
