Obus form shoes wrong sized

I was very excited to find a pair of "size 12 W", T strap pretty casual shoes from a reputable company and ordered them right away, only to have my excitement dashed when they arrived. They are ridiculously under-sized. The "size 12 wide" was in actual fact an 11B--I know, from the many times I have tried to cram my foot into such a size. Come on Obus, you should know better--give us a true sizing!

The shoes were very pretty and were well made but absolutely the wrong size so I would recommend them, but with the caveat that anyone buying them should order one size larger, which, of course at size 12, I could not! Well that was my experience with the larger sizes, perhaps the smaller sizes are o.k.

Pros:Â pretty, well made

Cons:Â wrong [too small] sizing
