No, the Nova Beginner 30'' Jr. Acoustic Guitar does not come with a shoulder strap.

I would not purchase it. I just bought it and I am waiting for my review to post. It can be tuned but there is a fear-due to poor quality, that the strings and/or the neck could break. The sound is horrible. If it is only going to be used as a pure introduction to the body of a guitar and will only be used for a very young child-under supervision of course (due to steele strings), then it may suffice. I was disappointed though.
