I recieved this machine in Dec. Absolutely love it! The stride is good. The machine is solid & stable. Not too hard to put together. & the programs are good. The only thing keeping this machine from being a 5* is because it has no incline. But I love it.

One word to describe this: GARBAGE! Do not buy. We got it at half price and it is not even worth that.

Lovin it!

I have had mine for a few weeks, totally lovin it. love the fact that I can hook my IPOD into it and work out to my music. the different resistances are awesome. I ifit is a cool feature, and the fan is awesome how it blows right into your face to keep you cool. I have had no problems with it being wobbly at all. it is a good solid machine. would totally recommend it :)

Wobbles like crazy

This machine offers great features, folds up, stride selection, ifit and resistance programs, but is wobbles with every stride. Horrible.

Would NOT recommend buying this

It barely fit into a Chrysler 300 with the seats folded down in the back. Probably better off grabbing a friend with a truck to pick it up. The box weighs a ton, you will definitely need help getting it in and out of the vehicle.

Hello:
This unit does not come with the adapter; however, it is available as an "option" to buy it. You can order it directly from NordicTrack at 1-888-936-4266 or customerservice@iconcanada.ca. The power adapter (#248512) is $31.34 or lower (but ask if you can get a better price ;) ) + shipping and tax. Otherwise, it takes 4 "D" cell batteries.
The reason we don't include the adapter is that not everyone would want to pay extra $$ for the adapter - some people would prefer to just spend a few $$ on the batteries.
Keep in mind, the batteries on most units (this one included) are used to power 3 things: 1) the fan 2) the monitor 3) the magnetic adjustments.
Of the 3, the Fan is 90% of the power draw. So if you plan on using the fan during your workout, I strongly suggest the adapter. If not, save the money and use batteries.

This unit will run off of either batteries (4 x "D" cell) OR you can purchase an optional power adapter from Icon Canada at 1-888-936-4266
We recommend that to avoid damaging the console, use only a manufacturer-supplied power supply.
The power is used to power the display it self (which is LCD and uses very little power) and the built in fan. The fan is the biggest draw on the power source. so if you think you are going to run the fan a lot, you are better to spend a little more and get the adpater. If you don't think you are going to use the fan very much, then batteries would be fine.
You can always try it with the batteries first, and if you are going thru them like corn thru a goose, then order the adapter.

When folded, the width (23") and the height (62") do not change.
The length is about half - or about 35".

Hello - Yes, the manufacture warranties this product as follows:
-warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material,
under normal use and service conditions. The frame is warranted for a lifetime. Parts are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purcthase.
