This was purchased for my 5 year old, even though the recommended age was 8. I was affraid it would be too hard to handle, not at all.
It is easy to use, and strong enough to play outside and even through light snow.
It is pretty big to play indoors as it goes fast but it definititely is better and more fun than some smaller new bright trucks.
Battery is a battery pack so you rely on the provided charger which is good and bad...
Also the battery pack needs 4 hours charge before using it the first time, as a parent you might want to charge it before you give this on a birthday...

Pros:Â Fun, Easy to play, quite strong
