Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Bad Well you get what you pay for. This product was what I expected for a table in its price range. It was worth buying, but not great. Not a trace of slate in it but the slatron bed is ok, level and plays pretty good, probablly a little better than standard MDF. A few comments: assembly was significant, careful of the grout supplied for the grooves & screw holes on the playing surace because it dries really hard like an expoxy and is damm near impossible to sand off ( spent 6 hours sanding and was afraid i was going to ruin the table but worked out in the end, switched to a palm sander ), the felt is just ok with some imperfections in it which can cause a ball to go off course, the rails are just ok and not what i expected especially with strait on shots when the ball speed drastically dropps after hitting the rail, the pockets seem too big and allow some shots to go in when there is no way they should have gone in ( guests love this but I am use to playing on a more demanding table ). Again if you just want a basic table to have some fun with family and friends this will do the trick.

Playing surface.

What`s the playing surface made of?
Asked by: Mitch1135
particle board and its garbage! it is not flat and bends to match your floor. the balls will not roll straight. Save your money and buy a real table. Dont make the same mistake as me

weight

wondering how many pieces it comes in and how heavy is the heaviest piece (likely the top?)
Asked by:
it comes in two major sections - the top and the legs - the top is probably about 200 lbs - you will need two strong people
