Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good quality. I use them on doors for privacy. Really takes care of privacy when you have a lot of glass in your patio door and front doors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magnetic Curtain rod The rod was perfect for my front door and the magnets held on well!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Magnetic Café Rod Item: #2496755 The ends of the rods do not fit tightly into the magnetic sections consequently when opening or closing the door the rod comes apart and the curtain falls down. A great idea that falls apart because of poor construction.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Practical I have 2 on my doors, they allow me to hang beautiful lace curtains without damaging my metal doors. I have one on my fridge for hand towels. The magnet tends to fall from Inside but a little super glue will fix that. Super glue will fix any problem you may have with these. I like them. I am a minimalist and I like things neat. This helped me simplify my life.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for Metal Doors Very useful for metal exterior doors so that you don't have to compromise the door to hang a curtain. Only downfall is that the clips that hold the rod are poor quality plastic and you have to be careful as they seem to be easy to break.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Magnetic Curtain Rod Basically it is what I expected. Looks good. Only problem is I am using it on my front door and sometimes if the rod is touched it comes apart. Otherwise it does the job. Maybe something should be instered into the rod holder to make the rod more secure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Juste non.

Options for curtains on steel doors

Are there other options than the magnetic cafe rods?? I do not want to put holes in the doors nor do I want curtains that cover the entire door, just want the window panes covered. Are the magnetioc rods the best option?? Thanks

Hello The magnetic curtain rods would be your best option for the metal doors. Thank you for choosing Sears.
