The surround its self is fine. You should give a better description of the size. As mine did not fit properly.

I was disappointed with this product when I opened the box because there was a piece broken off at the corner of the panel. The protective plastic was only on one piece out of 5 so this tells me that this item must have been returend and then resold to me without anyone inspecting it before reselling it. I was not happy with the condition of this product.
We still installed and were fortunate it turned out okay because we had to cut a piece off and we were able to cut it where the broken part was.

Pros:Â Easy to install

Cons:Â this was definitely a returned item that

Can this tubsurround be cut?

Our Tub area is a funny height... very short ceiling and I am wondering if there is a way to cut the top to fit as each wall is a bit off the others and are all shorter than your standard tubsurround. So my question is can this tubsurround be cut?

Of course it is possible to be cut. The material has a tendency to sometimes not break as neatly as you want or to cut as neatly as you want. Some heavy duty caulking will cover many small imperfections in the fitting. You can buy extra molding from a DIY to cover outside edges if you need, silicone them in place. Best to get a contractor to do it though. Pay someone and save yourself the stress.
