Doesn't stand up to normal use

I have the first version of this unit, and the door is awful. it keeps coming off the track, and you can't find the parts to try to fix it. the black rubber on the roller piece at the top of the moving door leaves black rubber tracks on the rest of the shower, and the paint comes of the bottom track. The shelves arent far enough apart to hold a standard size shampoo bottle. For the price of the unit, it just isn't worth the money.

Do you sell replacement doors or door hardware? The plastic clip that runs on the bottom rail has broken.
