Poor battery lifeI initially liked this device, but had a short battery life (1-2 hrs after fully charged). Contacted Levana they were good and provided another battery, but still died quickly. Thus, I used the monitor plugged in most of the time. Decent device with good features, but I believe these monitors have gone a long way since. Would buy a Levana product again due to good customer service.

very unsatisfiedive only been using this for a few month like 5 months and the battery stopped charging and now the whole unit its self will not work very disappointing . I would not recommend this . you want something that is going to last you a while if not the whole time you will be in need of a baby monitor.

Good product but a short lifeI've had this monitor for a little over a year and throught that time I had lots of problems with it. It never stayed charged the charger port came loose and now it no longer works. The monitor was good for about 5 months then I started having problems I would not recommend itÂ

Poor product at best.Had this unit for a couple of months now and had nothing but problems. Had two replacement monitors already and neither work with multiple camera option.
Battery life is brutal - 3 hours at most.
Range is poor and does not handle walls or ceilings very well.
Night light is only so so and very grainy more than a few feet away, any closer and the light sensor trips on and off due to reflected light.
One of the two camera units we have now only works in night mode for 30 mins before tripping out.
Menu navigation on the parent unit is very poorly designed and takes far too many button clicks to achieve a simple change.
No option to turn cameras on and off remotely.
Hello, can you please tell me if this is the same model as the product listed on costco website as Levana Era Advanced Digital baby monitor? The description on your website isn't as good it seems and I'm curious if it's the same model? If so, yours is listed as $20 cheaper and I'm just wanting to make sure it's the same product.

Yes it's the same model, but the Costco one comes with two cameras, so it is a better deal.
That said, having owned this unit for a couple of months now I would not recommend it. It's been very unreliable for us, with the parent unit and one camera failing already.
The battery life it terrible and the menu navigation seems like it was designed by a 4 year old.
The night light is pretty lousy too, low quality grainy picture.
