Color not the same as in the catalogue or on line

I too ordered this rug after deciding on the "navy blue" color. When we went to pick it up the rug was not navy blue but black in color. Black was not even an option as to a color choice in the catalogue or on line. The tag even said Navy Blue but navy blue it most definitely was not.
We tried reordering it again but again it came in black. So disappointing! Sadly we returned all the carpets.

It's a lovely area rug, but not the colour that I ordered, as per description it was to be Navy, etc. The one I received is Black, beige and gray (not even an option in the product description). I picked it up at night at Guardian Drugs location, they brought it out the back door and we took it home and put it in place, keep in mind it's night and room isn't well lit. It wasn't until the next day in the daylight that I noticed the colour difference, at this point the dog had spent the night on it and I had thrown out the receipt, so have resigned myself to keeping it. Disappointed as it doesn't really match my Navy Blue leather sofa.

I ordered this rug hoping it would match the furniture in my living room. The color was sadly nothing like it looked in the catalog. It looked red and was burgandy!

Great Rug for the price

Purchased this rug on sale and expected it to be pretty low quality. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. It vacuums well and isn't as hard as I thought it would be for a lower quality rug. Great for rec rooms or high traffic areas!
