Kinda heavy

I bought these on sale. Got a fabulous deal and the set is worth every penny of the regular price (which I couldn't come close to being able to afford).

I've been using them for about a week. I've found that these pots are quite heavy and they are difficult to drain the way we usually do it: the metal handle slips in your hand as you tip the pot so that the pot returns to upright before you get a chance to dump any water out of it. Even the smallest pot does this, but it is, at least, easier to control. The other three (not including the dutch oven) really could benefit from an extra handle on the side opposite the long handle. I've tried using silicone-grip pot holders to hold the handle on one side and the side of the pot on the other. It's going to take some practice, but I'll get it sorted eventually.

Bottom line: I love these pots, but they are HEAVY! So, if your arms are weak, don't buy these. If you want a great quality pot that will last for the rest of your life and look good for all of that time, these are the pots for you.

Pros:Â Easy to clean, High quality, Stain resistant, Attractive design

Cons:Â very heavy
