Rated 1 out of 5 by from Separate Parts Required Bought this cooktop at the end of June. Found out when we went opened it that a separate parts kit is required for granite countertops. Used parts phone number in book, was US number, finally after calling a couple other times, was referred to Canadian parts phone number. Told part wasn't being manufactured anymore, then told would have to wait until mid September for it. Have new stove and can't use it for months, should have been told when I bought it that if installing for granite would need separate kit. Should have parts available if selling the stoves. This stove is going back, along with the new fridge and wall oven I bought, haven't had those delivered yet, but not taking chances with Sears anymore. New renovated kitchen and can't use it for months, expected better from Sears.
