Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kitchenaid Pro 600 mixer I've wanted a kitchenaid mixer for a long tine & when I saw it was on sale at Sears for a great price I ordered it immediately and was very pleased with it! I made a banana & chocolate chip loaf & the texture of the loaf was very light & I would say it was down to the 67 rotations of the mixer. I would definitely recommend this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pro 600 Series I've always wanted one of these. I finally bought it on sale and am soo happy I did. Why didnt I do this sooner? It is perfect knead dough for breads and roti. It is sturdy and easy to use, cleanup is a snap. I love the spill cover, it keeps my granite and backsplash a bit cleaner. Definitely makes life easier..I have a busy attached toddler who makes it nearly impossible to finish anything I start. This inspires me to bake more and enjoy doing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Buy, Good Product My wife loves the new KitchenAid® Professional 600. Friends told us to make sure we got the biggest motor possible and we are glad we did. This machine mixed bread dough as easy as pancake batter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it, works excellant...thought the bowl might be too big but I find that better to be too big than too small and it still works fine for a smaller batch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Love it!! Have been waiting for years for a stand mixer....does not disappoint! Only thing...i would have loved a red one, but was only available in black, white and shades of gray. Could have went for a different model with less watts but figured I'd go for the power over looks. Can handle the task that is for sure. And got it on sale for good price. Happy day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quelle belle invention, économie d'énergie et de temps, pendant que le tout se mélange, on est libre de ranger et de passer à une autre étape. Quantité remarquable et rapidité à faire les recettes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value and quality This mixer is of far better quality than some of the lesser models with the tilting head. The large capacity and all metal gearing make it a great choice. Raising the bowl, rather than tilting the head takes a little to get used to, but now we prefer it.

The Architect machine has a slightly smaller motor 525 watts whereas the Professional 600 is 575 watts (the two letters at the end of the model no are for the colour).

Professional 600 Stand Mixer

What are the dimensions?
Asked by: Fa8th
I just measured mine, it's (about) 17 inches tall, 14 inches wide, and 11.5 inches across. It's great if you have a kitchen island or breakfast bar, but I would say buy a bit shorter model if it has to sit under your cupboards.

Kitchen Aid professional 600 stand mixer size

Can someone tell me the approximate dimensions and weight of this machine?
Asked by:
I have this same model - the Pro 600 - but in the Boysenberry colour. It's (more or less) 17" tall, 14" across, and 11.5" wide. Mine sits on our island; it would not be able to go under our cupboards. The Artisan model is a bit shorter I think if you don't have counterspace without cupboards overtop. Somebody asked how much it weighed... I don't have a scale but can tell you that I can pick it up, but it's pretty heavy -- it's made out of metal. I leave mine on the counter; too heavy to keep putting away and taking back out. Hope this is helpful!
