Order online
We strive to make ordering at Sears.ca as quick and easy as possible. You've browsed our merchandise selections or used Product Search to find what you are looking for. Checkout is even easier. When you've found the item you would like to purchase, click on "Add to Basket" and follow the instructions below:
1. Review order
You are now on the shopping basket page. Here, you can review the entire list of items you have placed in your basket, and view information about each item. You can make some changes to your order here, such as changing the quantity for individual items, or removing an item from your basket ( See * below for more features). If you make any changes to your order, click the "Click here to save any changes" button, to see your revised total. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you are finished selecting items click "Checkout" button and proceed with step 2
*You can also see if your item is in stock by clicking on the "Check Item Availability" button (and see step 2); and add any additional information (such as blinds widths, monogramming information, and bonus points as applicable) by clicking on the "Add Extra Item Information" button.
2. Sign in
You are now at the Sign In page. If you are a registered user, you are prompted to enter your "Email address" and "Password". If you are not already registered, you can do so by clicking on the "Create an Account" button. Or, should you not wish to register, click on the "Continue without sign-in" link to bypass this page. If you need assistance, please contact a Customer Service Specialist toll-free at 1-888-473-2772.
Note: Registering takes just a few minutes, but it will save you lots of time on your future visits. For instance, if you register with us, we'll save some of your contact information so that you don't have to enter it again. 3. Order summary
You are now on the Order Summary page*. Here, you can review your total order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes. This is also your last chance to cancel your order before we process the charges. You will be asked to enter your billing information. You also have the opportunity to enter a Sears Bonus Offer number; select a financing option if you use your Sears Card; add special shipping instructions, such as an apartment entry code. If you wish to ship your order as a gift, you can tell us from this page by clicking the "YES!" checkbox. Click the "Complete Order" button to complete the transaction.
*If you have opted not to register, you are brought to the Customer Information page to enter your personal information. Once you click the "Continue" button, you are prompted to select a shipping option - Free delivery to most of our 1900 Sears locations or Home delivery. Once you have selected your preferred mode of delivery, click the "Continue" button to get to the Order Summary page.
Note: We will automatically validate your address information against the Canada Post database if you use the Home Delivery option, to prevent delivery delays. If our system suspects an error, you will be prompted to correct the information
4. Order confirmation
You are now on the Order Confirmation page. Here, you are given a summary of your order, including your order number. You will receive 2 email confirmations from Sears.ca: Firstly, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering; Secondly, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Catalogue orders
See something you want in our catalogue? You can order the item from your catalogue using Sears.ca. There are 3 easy ways you can do this:
1. Order electronically.
Click on the "order from a catalogue" link that appears above the navigation menu. Enter the full catalogue code; any colour, size and inseam information as necessary; select the quantity; and enter the single-unit price of the item. Repeat this step to add more items to your order form. When you are done, click the "add to shopping basket" button. Complete your transaction by following the step-by-step "Order Online" information detailed above
Today, most browsers and networks allow encrypted transmission. But you may find that your browser does not support it, or that you are behind a "firewall" that blocks the transmission of encrypted data packets. If you cannot or would rather not use our secure web server, then we'd suggest you use method 2.
2. Let our website prepare your order form, then send it to us.
Once you have added an item to your shopping basket - either through the "order from a catalogue" method or through browsing the online assortment and selecting items - you reach the "shopping basket" page. Here you can click on the "place order manually" button. Our web server will display your order on a printable order form. Simply print the order form on your printer, add your name, address, and payment method, and either fax it to us at 1-800-54-FAXIT (1-800-543-2948) or mail it to us at the address below:

3. Print a blank order form, fill it in and send it to us.
Simply print the Sears Catalogue Order Form/Work Sheet and write your order in. Fax or mail your order to us (same number and address as above.)
