Hello smsc,

The difference between the packs is as follows:

The lower priced attachment pack comes with the pasta plates, the food grinder and the slicer/shredder attachment.

The higher priced attachment pack comes with the vegetable/fruit strainer (to make soups, baby foods etc.), the food grinder and the slicer/shredder attachment.
