Glass Bowl for Kitchenaid Mixer

I recently purchased a KitchenAid mixer, the best investment I have ever made.
It came with both the stainless steel bowl and glass bowl with handle.
You can make bigger batches in the glass bowl and with the handle, it's so much easier to pour your batter.
I would recommend this item to all my friends who LOVE to cook and bake.

kitchen aid mixer... glass bowls

I have the kitchen aid mixer with the tilt head and i ordered the new glass mixing bowl, but even though the base of the bowl fits nicely on the machine stand, the bowl appears too large for my machine. ... the bowl is constantly hitting the side of the stand. the booklet that came with the bowl says you can make an adjustment if that happens to make it fit, but the bowl keeps hitting the side of the base of the macihine. I am afraid that i will have to return the bowl, because if just does not fit my machine properly... has anyone ever heard of this problem??
