Love the larger water reservoir!

I haven't had this for very long, but so far, it's been great. I love the larger water reservoir. I had a little big of difficulty getting accustomed to the electronic controls (but then, I'm not into this "new" generation). NO problem once I figured it out. I don't think you really need 4 cup sizes, but it does give that added feature for those who really feel they need it.

Good coffee but........

I agree with all the positive reviews but - the 5 cup sizes are not very useful. I find I always use the smallest cup setting otherwise the coffee is too weak - even the dark roast. I end up using 2 pods to get a full cup of coffee.
We also have the Tassimo. The coffee/water ratio makes a nice strong cup. Too bad Starbucks stopped making pods for them.
One other note, the vendors that sell pods to businesses often have a recycling program for the used pods.

Cons:Â need to use 2 pods

A great Christmas gift!

My husband and I received this as a gift from his Mom & Dad for Christmas this year and it is wonderful. We are enjoying the fact that we can each choose our own kind of coffee (my husband likes it plain and regular while I enjoy the flavoured varieties), the ease and speed at which we can make a cup and the fact that we now waste a lot less coffee. The K-cup is marvelous and cost effective.

Pros:Â Stylish, Easy to clean, Well constructed, cost effective

I love my coffee hot. I have tried many brewers but have not found one that brews coffee "hot" This baby does! Great brewer, quiet, hot, and fast.

The Warranty is one year, yes you can use a personal K-cup and there is a clock timer. I would not recommend a Keurig as I have went through three machines of this brand and not any of them lasted more than 4 months. They replaced them but it is a hassel and you need a back-up machine.

cup size..box says 5 only 4 on machine

I just received an Platinum Ultimate b70 machine, the box says there are 5 cup sizes including iced coffee and travel mug size but the machine only shows 4???? No travel mug size which is the reason I purchased it. Whats up??

Hello,

The five cup sizes on this Keurig coffee maker are a stronger Small Cup (5.25 oz. serving), a Small Mug (7.25 oz. serving), a Large Mug (9.25 oz. serving), a Travel Mug (11.25 oz. serving), and an Iced Beverage setting (3.25 oz. serving).

The Brewer is preset with the Small Mug (7.25 oz.) as the default brew size. The default brew size allows the user to avoid scrolling through brew sizes if a particular size is chosen most often.

To change the default brew size to your desired brew size:

1. Press the MENU Button six times.
2. Using Left and Right Buttons, select your desired default brew size.
3. Once the desired default brew size is selected press the MENU Button once to exit. The LCD will display the brew size set.
