Could you tell me the lowest temperature this slow cooker will go. Would like to use it for tempering chocolate.

Hello,

The unit works according to power, not temperature.

High Setting: 1-2 hour, 180W; 3-4 hour, 140W; 5-10 hour, 120W
Low Setting: 120W
Warm Setting: 60W

The manufacturer does not recommend using a slow cooker to temper chocolate.
