Lime buildup even with water softener

The filters are made of paper so it isn't possible to clean them or remove the lime buildup. They need to be replaced every two to three months of continuous use.

Poor design

The ridges on these filters just aren't strong enough to hold them perfectly straight, they slump under the weight of the water. Hense there is space at the top where air flows and is not forced through the wet filters.

Cons:Â Not effective
