Q:Â
I am having a lot of trouble with my tension and I cannot come to a compatible position with the dials to be able to sew. Has anyone else had this problem?

When purchased, the tension dials are set at 3. Depending on fabric, thread and stitch application, you will need to adjust the tensions if you are not satisfied with the look of the stitch.
I would recommend that you thread each looper and each needle with a different color thread in order to do a test stitch. By looking at the diagrams in your manual you will be able to quickly identify which thread tension needs adjusting.
you also need to make sure that the thread is properly seated around the tension dial. To do this, you should floss the thread around the dial.
Hope this helps!
