Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing I couldn't rate this product as I have not been able to use it fully yet. The 1st stove was returned because there was a chip near the top left corner of the oven door. It was covered by the blue tape that held the oven door to the oven. The Customer Service was very nice, I was offered either to take a compensation or a replacement. I chose a replacement. I do enjoy the stove top cooking but it is very hard to keep clean. I didn't bother to use the oven because I was returning the stove. When the 2nd stove arrived, the delivery man and us checked the outside of the stove, everything seemed OK. I removed the racks from the oven and clean the inside before using it. I was really disappointed when I saw a scratch of 4 inches long in the bottom of the oven near the front. Is this item on Sale because of defects?? I called the Customer Service again, someone from the Philippines answered, she was very nice, she offered me either a compensation or a replacement. There is a lot of trouble in replacing the item however this scratch with the heat might give me a lot of trouble later-on. Any suggestions!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from bad top We bought this stove about eight months ago and it works great , but we had the stove replaced because the top had a chip out of it, then after we used the new one for less then a month the top started get marks in the glass where one of the elements are. After taking about four months to get the top replaced the new top has started getting marks in the glass, so if you don't care what the stove looks like it's a great stove.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stove! Recently bought this stove and have been using it now for about a week. This is my first glass top stove so it was a bit of an adjustment for me but so far I really like it! I have spent a whole day baking to see how it would do compared to my old stove. The results are great and the baked goods seemed to have baked much better with this oven. There is no heating element to see on the top and bottom of the oven so it has more room for cooking . I think this will be better with cooking a larger turkey and make it easier to use a bigger roaster! I like that there are no elements to get around when cleaning inside the oven. I love that it has a self clean function to use and can't wait to use it ! The oven does take a bit to pre-heat but once its heated the heat stays. I have cooked several different things on top of the stove and love that I have the option of picking sizes for the burner. The food cooks faster and more evenly. In the book it says to turn off the burner 2 to 3 minutes before your cooking is complete and I have been able to do that which is great! The food will finish cooking with the heat coming from the burner when its turned off. This stove really does hold the heat good! This stove came with a small bottle of glass top cleaner and a cleaning sponge which was nice. I have used the cleaner already and it does an amazing cleaning job! I thought I had scratched the stove top already but turns out it was just some stubborn spot that needed the cleaner. Looks like new again on the stove top! The oven light does come on when you ope the door so thats nice that I dont have to turn it on anymore when I open the door. The window is bigger so its a lot easier to see your food cooking. The only part about this stove that was a little too small for me was the bottom drawer to store pans in. The stove I had before had a bigger drawer so it could hold more. Its nothing major and I definitely would still buy this stove and would still recommend it to anyone because it really is a great stove. You just have to move a few items to a new spot in the kitchen for storage that's all! :) This stove also has a clock on it and also a timer which I use the timer a lot so I love having that option to use! The oven also has a warm and hold option and I have used that once already and it really is a nice feature to have!Makes it easier to cook my meat and once its done just turn that feature on and you can cook your veggies and not worry about your meat getting cold! I think this feature will be nice when there is a family gathering and you need to keep food warm for everyone showing up at different times. Overall this stove is awesome and I am very happy with it and look forward to using it more and using all the other features it can do!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stove No real complaints so far. Compared to our old coil element stove, pots boil in a faction of the time! The double ring stove feature is awesome. Great for different sized pots. The warming feature is quite handy. The oven light comes on when the door is opened which is very cool. The oven door locks with the push of a button. Great for homes with kids. The oven window is oversized and really great for viewing your food. The oven doesn't have an exposed element so food won't drip on it and smoke. The stove actually has an anti-tipping attachment the screws into the floor. Again, great if you have kids. One "complaint" is that we're constantly cleaning/scrubbing the cooktop. Burnt on food can, sometimes, be tough to get off without leaving some sort if residue. It's because it's black and glossy. Also, the oven seems to take a while reach the desired temperature. Based on the price we paid (sale price), I'd give it 5 stars. Compared to a top of the line, probably 3 stars.
